Tina er ekspert i den nye banebrydende form for terapeutisk anvendelse af yoga “Yogaterapi". Hun er sygeplejerske, mindfulness based stress reduction træner, workshop facilitator og medvirkende i national og international forskning og undervisning. Efter fire år i Los Angeles, er Tina vendt hjem til Danmark, hvor hun uddanner og tilrettelægger individuelle forløb med fokus på Mental Sundhed

When I began working with Tina in June 2016 Tina Dombernowsky, I was impressed by her calm presence, knowledge of Yoga and related therapies and her great desire to constantly improve her understanding of these disciplines.

Tina incorporates yoga, breath work and mindfulness meditation as part of the treatment to balance your mind and body. With her medical background and knowledge of yoga therapy, she designs custom programs to deal with specific issues.


I have meditated and done yoga every morning since our first visit 6 months ago and the effect on my life has been phenomenal. My blood sugar normalized after two weeks (90-120). Prior to yoga therapy, my blood sugar often soared over 300. In three weeks, I lost over 7lbs (3kg) and in six months over 45lbs (20,5). My blood pressure is returning to a more normal level. My flexibility has increased substantially. Shoulder and back pain from previous injuries is finally subsiding.

I now start every day feeling calm, peaceful and focused. My work product is improving. My associates and employees have noticed a huge difference in the way I present myself. In other words, they like their boss better now.

I started Yoga Therapy with Tina back in May of 2016, although it has only been 3 months the results are amazing.
